I saw "The Summer of My Amazing Luck" at the Roxy(Edmonton) in April. The play was adapted from a Miriam Toews novel of the same name by Chris Craddock. He starred in it along with Beth Graham. I was especially impressed by Chris' acting. He played about a dozen different characters and did it believably. The show was really well done, and it reminded my why Edmonton is such a great theatre city.
I think that play has run its course now, but I've never been disappointed by a play I've seen at the Roxy. It's one of Edmonton's hidden jewels.
